STANDARD UNITS
All of our units are eco-friendly and built to code. They include freestanding post and pier floor systems with fully insulated doors and windows. Units include 30 year warranty composite roof shingles and full Doug Fir 2x4 wall and truss systems. Ecoscape also offers 3 different gorgeous exterior finishes: 100% cedar shake shingles,
T1-11 sidinng and lap board siding.

Once our factory produced prefab structures hit your doorstep they are ready to assemble. While we do offer local installation services, you'll find that our installation videos make assembly a snap!

efficiently prefabricate the wall panels, roof-truss-system
and floor system so that a certified installer can complete
installation in about 2 days!!
Super high quality northwest building materials, insulated vinyl
windows, Low E glass, steel insulated entrance door, #1 grade
cedar shingles and more! Cute, cozy and ideal for a home office,
art studio, guest room, teen room, or more! To have a contractor
build you one on site, would cost $18,000 - $40,000! We manufacture
the modular wall panels, roof system, floor system in our factory
and then simply assemble on site. Very efficient, very affordable.
