We moved quickly and completed the transformation with all new plants, large decorative rock, repaired irrigation, and fully glued stone for long-term stability and easy blowoff. The finished result changed how the home feels from the street, and she was thrilled with the outcome.

The client wanted to enhance the front of her home but had no existing landscape beds in place. We designed and installed new beds to complement the home’s architecture, handling all excavation, clean edging, and plant installation. We finished the beds with 3/4 salt and pepper stone, fully glued to prevent movement and allow easy maintenance with simple blowoff. This project sets the foundation for phase two. Install Sod!

The client was unable to use his backyard due to poor conditions and lack of functional space. We transformed the area by installing fresh sod, a new irrigation system, clean decorative rock, and a custom fire pit to anchor the space. Recently, our client had a large tree removed from the front yard. They hired us to install fresh sod and a new irrigation system to restore healthy, green turf. During installation, buried roots from the massive tree created a major obstacle and slowed progress. We adjusted our approach, worked through the challenge, and completed the install successfully, delivering a clean, polished transformation improved curb appeal!

A homeowner contacted us while preparing to list their property for sale. The yard had gone untouched for quite some time and needed a full refresh to improve curb appeal and attract buyers. Our team completed a detailed yard cleanup and installed 12 yards of fresh mulch throughout the property. The clean, updated look made an immediate impact. Our newest lawn maintenance client asked us to clear a neglected area at the end of her driveway. This project involved removing a palm tree, prickly pear cactus, and dense overgrowth that had built up over time. We completed the removal efficiently and began preparing the area for fresh sod installation. While on site, she also requested palm tree trimming throughout the yard, which we completed during the same visit.

We redesigned the space with a compact planting bed featuring smaller plants suited for low light. We finished the area with fresh mulch and installed a clean rock walkway to eliminate mud issues. The result delivered better drainage, improved function, and a polished look that fits the home.

At our client’s multi-family investment property, the goal was to upgrade the look of the parking lot and driveway. We installed pavers in a clean herringbone pattern around the property to create a more refined, cohesive appearance. This upgrade added strong visual impact, improved durability, and increased overall property value. Situated in an area prone to saltwater flooding, this client faced an ongoing challenge. The saltwater flooding wreaked havoc on all the jasmine plants in the space, leaving us in need of a creative solution. After careful consideration, we opted to introduce Muhly Grass to the area. The client previously had palm trees surrounding the pool, but they died and the client chose not to replace them. Our team removed the palm root balls, dead jasmine, and the existing irrigation system. We then installed new travertine pavers to reclaim the space and create a clean, cohesive surface. The update refreshed the pool area, improved usability, and delivered a modern, finished look that feels intentional and polished.
