Professional Sod Installation (Includes New Sod)
We strongly recommend having your irrigation system inspected by our team before sod installation. Proper watering determines how well new grass establishes and survives. If coverage is poor or the system is not functional, we recommend repairs or a new installation prior to laying sod. Ecoscape does not warranty any installed grass when irrigation is not present or not working correctly. Consistent, even watering is required for successful results and long term lawn health.
We warranty installed grass for the first 10 days after installation. This coverage applies to sod that fails due to installation errors or arrives in poor condition. Any sections deemed dead or installed incorrectly during this period are corrected by our team. This warranty does not extend beyond the initial 10 days and depends on proper watering and care immediately after installation.
